Pre-registration for the 2018-2019 School Year
St. Martin Lutheran is your congregational educational and mission school.  It has much to offer to you and your family, as well as, the Clintonville area parents.  St. Martin offers an accredited preschool through eighth grade integrated program.  St. Martin member families have the first priority to pre-register during the month of January.  February 1st  pre-registration opens to currently enrolled non-member students.  March 1st, pre-registration enrollment opens to sister congregations and the community.  A waiting list will be created by the School Board when student class size maximum limits have been reached.  If you are interested in more information you may contact, Principal Moran, at 715-823-6538, ext. 2113.

REMINDER: We need to have your $50.00 pre-registration fee per family in the school office to hold a spot for next school year.  March 1st we open the enrollment up to the community. If you are not sure if you paid, look on Fast Direct and see if you have an amount in the 2018-2019 Registration column.  If there is an amount, you have paid and a spot is reserved.
Preschool/4K ~ Please contact Mrs. Sawall (715-823-6538 ext. 2112 or email which class time you would like to be enrolled in.  (Preschool-8-10 or 10:15-12:15 or 4K-8-11 or Noon-3).

ENTERING SCHOOL IN THE MORNING: Students may go to the playground from 7:30-7:50 where there is an adult supervisor.  Students may enter the playground from three directions. One, they may enter directly to the playground through the playground gate on Hemlock Street. Another option, once dropped off by parents or the bus, they may follow the sidewalk near the school building south to the playground. If arriving to school 7:40 or later, then the student may enter through one of the four school doors on the east side of the SMART Center school building. In this case the student will go directly through the building to the playground not stopping at his or her locker.

  • In case of inclement weather, students will be admitted earlier between 7:30-7:50 am into the Fellowship Hall, where they will be under supervision until 7:50 and then dismissed to their classrooms.
  • Students may go to their lockers at 7:50. K-8 classes begin at 8:00.
  • Church and School Office doors will be unlocked at 7:45 am.
  • Parents wanting to go to the office before 8:00 may enter through the office doors on the east side of the building. The School Secretary’s hours are 7:45-Noon.

After 8:00 a.m. students are to check in at the office for a pass to enter the classroom.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
